Towing Policy
This Towing Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing our services to ensure clarity and transparency. It highlights our responsibilities, limitations, and expectations for both parties, ensuring a smooth and professional towing process. Storage Responsibility
We do not assume responsibility for vehicles held in auction yards under storage prior to pickup. It is the vehicle owner’s responsibility to address any fees or liabilities incurred during this period. -
Pickup Timeframe
Upon receiving a confirmed pickup order from an auction or client, we commit to retrieving the vehicle within 3 business days. Should we be unable to meet this timeline, we will cover any additional storage fees incurred after the third day, excluding delays caused by unforeseen external factors such as extreme weather or auction restrictions. -
Vehicle Types
Our towing services cover standard vehicle types, including sedans, SUVs, and light trucks. We do not assume responsibility for oversized or specialty vehicles unless specifically arranged prior to the pickup request. -
Hard Location Auctions
We are not liable for any storage fees incurred at hard-to-access auction locations. Customers are advised to ensure all conditions and fees are understood with the auction facility beforehand. -
Catalytic Converter Disclaimer
We are not responsible for missing catalytic converters unless verifiable proof is provided (e.g., auction photos) showing the converter was present when the vehicle was secured. -
Auction and Yard Photos
We do not hold responsibility for any discrepancies between auction photos and the actual condition of the vehicle. Our responsibility is limited to our own yard photos, taken upon vehicle arrival, which will be used to assess the vehicle’s condition. -
Condition Verification
Upon arrival at our facility, the vehicle’s condition will be documented. If any discrepancies from the auction photos are found, clients must notify us within 48 hours for investigation. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
