Auction Account

1. Bidding and Purchase Registration:
   • Once access to the auction account is granted, bidding must commence within 15 days.
   • For shared auction accounts, you must notify TSL immediately after purchasing a vehicle to ensure it is registered under your name, avoiding any confusion regarding shared transactions.
2. Vehicle Purchase Guidelines:
   • It is recommended to select vehicles in alignment with TSL’s towing list to prevent issues with towing destinations.
   • Verify the type, location, and title of the vehicle before finalizing your purchase.
3. Payment Terms and Deadlines:
   • Payments for purchased vehicles must be completed within three days to avoid late fees or penalties.
   • Late payments beyond three days will incur fines from the date of purchase.
   • Payment deadlines:
     • Monday to Thursday: Payments must be made by 4 PM (Libya time).
     • Fridays: Payments must be completed by 11 AM (Libya time). Payments made after this time will be processed the following Monday, and any resulting fines or relisting charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.
   • Be mindful of Libyan public holidays, as these may impact processing times.
4. Relisting and Ownership Responsibility:
   • Vehicles not paid for within eight days will be relisted, and the customer will assume full responsibility for any associated penalties or losses.
   • Relisting purchased vehicles through the account is prohibited, as it may negatively affect the account’s standing.
5. TSL Account Management:
   • TSL reserves the right to modify, manage, or revoke access to the auction account at its discretion.

By adhering to these guidelines, TSL ensures a smooth and efficient process for all clients while maintaining the integrity of the auction account.
